A fully equiped gym, with a pay scheme to suit everyone. A friendly atmosphere with qualified instructors, to help you achieve a balanced view of fitness.

We cater for a wide age range, from juniors (13-16yrs) to adult members (17yrs - 82 yrs old). And everyone in between!

General Infomation

We also offer classes with a clinical personal trainer available to help smaller classes or individuals with particular conditions such as diabetes, arthritis and M.S.

We cater for all ages and levels of fitness, you can work at your own pace within the classes, even if you've never been in a gym before. We are here to help you get started and to keep you motivated.
