PERSONAL TRAINING WITH CAROLINE

My personal clients range from those who want to improve their fitness levels,including improved muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness and strength to those who would like to lose weight and change their body shape.

I also work with clients who wish to improve mobility/flexability and strength after an operation,physio or injury.

I am also qualified as a lifestyle coach, and as a master practioner in N.L.P. (neuro-linguistic programming) I work with clients helping them to move forward with their lives and work through difficulties that may be holding them back or creating problems. Includes self-image, diet and fitness issues, phobias and habit changing strategies.

I am available for online coaching/training.
Lifestyle coaching (either personal or professional issues).

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?


Lifestyle coaching is a way of providing people with personal support that is committed to their success and development.
As a coach I will work with clients so they may enhance their quality of life and endeavour to show them ways in which they can achieve their goals.
Lifestyle coaching can accelerate a clients progress to move on in life by providing greater focus and awareness of choice in many personal areas.
Much attention is paid to how a plan fits with a clients other commitments, allowing the person to be in the driving seat, eliciting strategies and solutions from the client by providing a fresh perspective so creating more options to enhance their quality of life.


The coach is someone who can make a difference to a persons life through support and encouragement of personal and professional growth.

Life coaching will help to identify where you are now, where you want to be and how to get there.

Lifestyle coaching can be used for personal growth and self development, improving self-belief and self-image.

It is NOT about telling someone what to do or how to do it.

Lifestyle coaching covers all areas of personal and professional issues however insignificant they may seem.
