and strength after an operation,physio or injury.

coach, and as a master practioner in N.L.P. (neuro-linguistic programming)
I work with clients helping them to move forward with their lives
and work through difficulties that may be holding them back or creating
problems. Includes self-image, diet and fitness issues, phobias
and habit changing strategies.
